As an expert in primary care, healthcare funding and diabetes, Niti has pioneered a number of major innovations.
She founded one of India's first organised primary care groups (Pathfinder Health, exited to HCL Avitas), setup a large UK primary care group (Modality), developed group consultations in the UK and is a leading thinker.
She holds senior roles with Axa and KPMG, is the Chair of IDF Europe and sits on a number of clinical and startup Boards. Previous organisations she was worked with include Bupa, the NHS and Diabetes UK.
